How do we do that?

  • You send us your project; we will get back to you with a quote.
  • After confirmation and payment, our educated proofreaders will correct your file:
    • In Word and OpenOffice by using the Track Changes function and comments.
    • In PDF by using the comment function.

Word/ODT

Upon receiving your file, it will be presented in ‘Track Changes’ mode in Word or ODT, with all comments from your assigned editor visible. To manage changes, simply click on ‘Review,’ navigate to ‘Changes,’ and choose to ‘Accept All’ or review and accept/decline changes individually. Comments can be deleted collectively by accessing the ‘Review’ tab and addressing them in the comment section, where you can also resolve them one by one.

PDF

When you receive your PDF file, all changes will be presented as comments. To manage these changes,
simply open the file and navigate to the comment panel.
